When we can't ignore certain information...

In conversation with a client recently it transpired that a rather large amount of fee income had been written off as a bad debt.


Recovering said bad debt was never in our original 'job description' but we can never ignore certain information which comes to light whilst we build relationships with our customers.


So, having heard about the problem we have now asked for permission to recover the bad debt.


Good administrators will react positively and try to offer a solution to every problem.


A problem is often a great opportunity.
