Phillippa Goodwin

Phillippa is Essential PA’s head girl and founder. She takes full responsibility for absolute customer success. Phillippa works with each client to design the right business management solutions. Our many testimonials speak highly of Phillippa’s work.

She’s addicted to running, growing food and training her Sprocker puppy Florrie.

Ciara - Transcription specialist

Ciara is our TRANSCRIPTION SPECIALIST. Our responsibility is to truly listen to your soUnd files and to carefully interpret your correspondence, reports, meeting notes and consultations into accurate transcripts. A ‘bot’ won’t truly understand your voice, your business or the people that you work with.

Ciara is also our star baker and volunteer for the National Trust.

Marion - Medical PA

Marion has always loved working in the MEDICAL sector, supporting GPs, consultants and healthcare clinics. She helps our clients to streamline and grow their business whilst always working to improve on the quality of care provided to their patients.

Marion is a musician and in her spare time travels to meet and play with orchestras.

Sandy - Dental TCO

Sandy is one of our DENTAL TREATMENT COORDINATORS. Your practice would receive all the support of a dedicated treatment coordinator, taking care of the patient journey from their first point of contact with your practice through to the end of their treatment.

Sandy loves family time and looking after her animals.

Jules - Social Media

Jules is our resident SOCIAL MEDIA assistant and has a great working knowledge of digital marketing. She'll help to manage your social media accounts, to grow your following, to create and respond to posts with your voice under your brand identity. She loves to create great engagement on Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.

Jules is also a talented seamstress.

Such a fantastic service
