Phillippa is Essential PA’s head girl and founder. She takes full responsibility for absolute customer success. Phillippa works with each client to design the right business management solutions. Our many testimonials speak highly of Phillippa’s work.

Marion - business administration and medical PA

Ciara is our transcription specialist. Her speciality is transcribing reports, property surveys, patient correspondence and treatment plans. Ciara makes your AI produced documents make sense.

Ciara is also a medical secretary and personal assistant.

Ciara is our star baker and a volunteer for the National Trust.

Marion has always loved working in the medical sector, supporting GPs, consultants and healthcare clinics. She helps our clients to streamline and grow their business whilst always working to improve on the quality of care provided to their patients.

Marion is a musician and in her spare time travels to meet and play with orchestras.

Louise - business administration and PA

Vee - dental treatment coordinator

Louise is one of our business managers and personal assistants.

Louise supports dental practice principals and practice managers in all areas of business management. Louise also supports executive teams in the insurance and software sectors.

Louise is a brilliant seamstress creating fabulous wedding dresses and she loves a live gig!

Vee has worked in the private dental sector for many years - she loves to quickly build relationships with new patients and to guide them through their treatment journeys. Vee has good experience with most dental practice patient management systems and will support and work confidentially with your dental practice team.

Such a fantastic service
