What's your PNC* system? Does it rock?

We act as the linchpin (sometimes, not always) between our client's PNC's (potential new customers) and our client. Why? Because the clients are busy creating, writing, delivering, coaching, selling, making, marketing, designing, travelling. Doing their thing. The thing they love.

Yesterday we spoke to multiple PNC's and here are two outcomes.

  • Scenario one - a new enquiry about a product they've heard great things about. How does it work? What does it cost? What do we get for our money? In other words please tell me everything I need to know in order to help me make my buying decision. Having closed the call (17 minutes later), we follow up with links to marketing materials and agree a date and time for the PNC to speak with our client. This PNC is 95% of the way into the buying decision and he feels like royalty.

  • Scenario two - we follow up a new enquiry in order to move the decision through the pipeline towards success. We discuss Covid-19, we discuss furlough, we discuss running, we discuss puppies and we discuss unlock and going back to work. A great mix of listening to what the PNC is looking for and giving information. Along with some informal 'getting to know you better' chat the PNC goes away feeling like a princess.

My questions to you today are these.

  • How do you know you're handling all the PNC's? What slips through the net?

  • What service are they receiving from the start of their experience with your business?

  • Were you too busy yesterday to return all the PNC enquiry emails and/or phone calls?

  • What system is in place to draw your PNC's over the line?

  • If your PNC's are taken care of do you know if sales are actually being lost?

We provide a service to your PNC's which makes them feel like royalty from the first point of contact. We're the linchpin between you and your PNC. We bring results.

We can give you a solution just like this from as little as £249 per month ( Call us and we'll treat you like royalty.
