The Essential Personal Assistant is owned and run by Phillippa Goodwin, a business professional with over 20 years multi sector experience. 

Prior to establishing her business Phillippa spent many years working for the Chairman and Group Managing Director of one of Devon's most successful companies, managing his business and private life.  Phillippa was Event Manager for a visit to the business by HRH The Princess Royal and as Operations Manager was also responsible with the Chairman for the successful purchase of another business and its integration into the existing group of companies.

Phillippa also worked for Noel Edmonds as Personal Assistant and Project Manager.  She was also responsible for brand licensing in conjunction with the BBC and for organising a series of televised outdoor events.

Phillippa works with a team of executive PA's, bookkeepers, marketeers and administrators, providing a wealth of business acumen spanning numerous business sectors.
