How We Work Print E-mail

All work is transferred to our office by phone, email, post, CD, fax or the internet.  Meetings are arranged with clients every 4-6 weeks for a review of services and to make sure work is being carried out to the client's satisfaction.

  • A confidentiality agreement is in place as soon as work starts.

  • Minimum invoice amount is for 1 hour.

  • Payment terms are 10 days by bank transfer or cheque.

  • Regular established clients are billed monthly.

  • Expenses such as telephone calls, stationery, postage and CDs are charged at cost.

  • Time is billed to the nearest minute.

  • A full copy of the terms and conditions are given to clients at the start of business.

  • The Essential Personal Assistant is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office.
