We started to work with a new client at the end of March this year and were absolutely thrilled (and surprised and shocked) when we were presented with our first ever mission.
We’ve worked with many, many clients in our 10 year history but to get a mission was a first for us.
We were now in receipt of a crystal clear statement on precisely how this customer wanted to be cared for. What’s more we knew exactly how the effectiveness of our service would be measured.
This is a fast growing company based in the UK, based on the east west line between Preston and Hull, a sub division of another successful business with one of the busiest MD’s we’ve ever met.
Your mission – to ensure that all non business growth tasks are taken care of so that the MD can concentrate on creative business development work.
Outcome 1 – the Director only sees and speaks to the people he needs to, when he needs to. Flawless diary management, flawless travel arrangements, UK and international.
Outcome 2 – Time is scheduled for successful completion of all meeting actions.
Outcome 3 – 100% successful task execution for research tasks, projects, personal requests and ad hoc requests.
Outcome 4 – the Director is fully prepared with presentations and other critical documents.
The mission and outcomes could apply to each PA assisting every MD, Chief Exec’, Director or Chairman across the country. Worldwide even.
