All work is transferred to our office by phone, email, post, CD, fax or the internet. Meetings are arranged with clients every 4-6 weeks for a review of services and to make sure work is being carried out to the client's satisfaction.

A confidentiality agreement is in place as soon as work starts.

Minimum invoice amount is for 1 hour.

Payment terms are 10 days by bank transfer or cheque.

Regular established clients are billed monthly.

Expenses such as telephone calls, stationery, postage and CDs are charged at cost.

Time is billed to the nearest minute.

A full copy of the terms and conditions are given to clients at the start of business.
